Tangy Tomato Snack

Prep Time: 15 minutes     Serves: 4

What you’ll need:

4 plum tomatoes washed

2 cups grated carrots

1 cup finely chopped sweet onion

4 teaspoons Super Mirchi Hot Sauce (more if you like spicier)

Salt to taste


1.    Cut the tomatoes into thin slices and place them on two plates or a large platter.

2.    In a medium mixing bowl, add the carrot, onion, and the hot sauce.

3.    Mix well and spoon the mixture equally on top of all the tomato slices and enjoy this tasty snack!
