About Us


Welcome to My Spice Buds, a family run venture! We craft hot sauces for food adventurers who value that perfect balance of flavor, heat and health. Our sauces use fresh ingredients, ethnic spices and low sodium creating a tasty blend of flavors. Each sauce has the ideal amount of kick without burning your mouth, only spicy satisfaction with every drop! Many hot sauces are chock-full of artificial preservatives, but we stayed true to our ethos of clean eating, so our sauces are all-natural and free of artificial additives. Above all, we believe healthy eating improves quality of life, to that end we hope our tips and recipes help our customers. The Mirchi family of sauces is made in our home state of Florida.

Super Mirchi Story


My Dad created Super Mirchi Hot Sauce in the 1950s as a young teen in India.  He enjoyed playing cricket with his buddies, and afterwards treating themselves to slices of raw mango, guava and cucumber from the local fruit stand. These slices were seasoned with salt, pepper and chili powder, which they quickly tired of. One day his friend said, “if only we had a fresh, tasty and spicy sauce to go with this.” That was the 'aha' moment for my dad who loved to dabble with vegetables and spices in his mom's kitchen.  

With a mortar and pestle, he ground his favorite herbs, chilies, lemon juice, his mom's homemade special spice mix and created a hot sauce.  He watched nervously as he shared it with his friends……their faces lit up with a smile! Over the years, he has served his hot sauce on sandwiches, salad, fruit, grilled veggies, and so much more!  As a physician, he stands by Super Mirchi's healthy offering.  He quickly built a fan base among friends and family.  With their encouragement, we decided to introduce Super Mirchi hot sauce to a wider audience.  

We partnered with the outstanding IPAC Inc. team to bring our Mirchi sauces to life. Our hope is that it will light up your taste buds, bring a smile of spicy satisfaction and leave you saying yum!!

About Our Founder

After a rewarding career and taking stock of life goals after the pandemic, Bindu decided to launch My Spice Buds. Her goal, to bottle those secret family sauce recipes she loved growing up with and sharing them with everyone!

Bindu developed a passion for flavorful flexitarian cooking and authored her first cookbook, Spice Up Your Life. Her knowledge of good health and nutrition comes from her parents. She believes that eating a tasty and satisfying nutritional meal is exactly what our minds crave and bodies need.
