What you'll need:
4 Petit or Mini Avocados
2 Plum tomatoes, diced
2 tablespoons Super Mirchi Hot Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste
4 slices of Whole-Grain bread or your preferred bread
1. Cut the avocados in half using a sharp knife and be sure to remove the pit by scooping it out with a spoon or cutting it out with a knife. Then, scoop out the avocado with a spoon and set aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, mash avocados. Add tomato and hot sauce, mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Toast the bread. Spoon avocado mixture equally on top of each slice. To add protein, top with a poached egg.
