Tangy Mirchi Grilled Chicken

Prep Time: 10 minutes (plus marinating time)

Grill Time: 6–8 minutes

Serves: 3–4 people


What you'll need:

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes

3 tbsp Tangy Mirchi Hot Sauce

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp lemon juice

Salt to taste

Optional: chopped cilantro for garnish


1.     Marinate: In a bowl, combine Tangy Mirchi, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt. Add the chicken cubes and toss well. Cover and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours).

2.     Skewer: Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers (soak wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes beforehand).

3.     Grill: Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill skewers for 3–4 minutes per side, or until chicken is cooked through and has a nice char.

4.     Serve: Remove from grill, garnish with cilantro if desired, and serve with extra Tangy Mirchi on the side!
