Double Fiery Grilled Wings

Prep Time: 15 minutes (plus 1–2 hrs marinating)

Cook Time: 20–25 minutes

What you'll need:

2 lbs chicken wings

2–3 tbsp Fiery Mirchi Hot Sauce

1 tbsp tomato paste

1 tbsp neutral oil (like avocado or canola)

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt, to taste

Optional: Lime wedges and chopped cilantro for serving


1.     Prep the Wings:

Pat wings dry with paper towels to help the marinade stick better.

2.     Make the Marinade:

In a bowl, mix Fiery Mirchi, tomato paste, oil, garlic powder, and salt until smooth.

3.     Marinate:

Toss wings in the marinade until well coated. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours.

4.     Grill:

Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).

Grill wings for 20–25 minutes, turning occasionally, until nicely charred and cooked through.

5.     Finish & Serve:

Brush with a little more Fiery Mirchi right off the grill for an extra kick.

Serve with lime wedges and herbs if you like.
